Q. What sort of activities should I expect to be doing?
A. The main aim of Everybody Bootcamps is to provide you with a huge variety of activities, integrating a mixture of cardio and strength excercises to optimize your results, keep motivated, and most importantly have fun!
Q. Will the trainers shout and yell at me?
A. Everybody Bootcamp trainers will not shout or yell at you. The trainers are there to get you motivated and provide the best results for you. You will not be embarassed in front of everyone; our main goal is to ensure you have fun whilst working hard.
Q. Who participates in the Bootcamps?
A. As the name suggests, Everybody Bootcamps attracts a wide range of clientele of every age, every gender and every fitness level! So don't be reluctant to come along, get fit and have fun.
Q. Will the Bootcamp still run if it's raining?
A. You should expect that bootcamp will always be on. We have sessions that can be still run under wet conditions. In the event of extreme weather conditions,please contact your trainer, their contact details can be found on our trainers page of this website.
Q. What should I expect on my first day?
A. When you first attend bootcamp you should bring along your registration forms filled out, which can be downloaded on the register page of this website. Also bring along a towel, appropriate work out gear and a water bottle.
